Key Rule — Instant Check in Front of the Delivery Rider Only: Please open and inspect your parcel in front of the delivery rider before accepting delivery. Once the rider leaves, post-delivery returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
1. Mandatory Open-Box Check Upon Delivery
To ensure complete transparency and product freshness, Style by Alifa follows an instant doorstep inspection policy:
- When the courier rider arrives, please open and check your parcel in front of the rider before accepting it.
- Verify unstitched 3-piece fabric components (kameez, salwar & orna), stitched kameez size tag (S / M / L / XL), jewelry stones/clasps, and accessory condition.
2. On-the-Spot Return for Damaged or Incorrect Items (Free of Cost)
- If you notice any defect, transit damage, missing piece, wrong item, or wrong kameez size sent by mistake, return the parcel immediately to the delivery rider on the spot.
- For any damaged or incorrect item sent by us, no delivery charge (৳0) is payable by you.
- If you want a fresh replacement dispatched, message us on WhatsApp at +880 19 7838 4434 while returning the parcel to the rider.
3. Refusal at Doorstep Without Defect
If the delivered item matches your order accurately and has no defect, yet you choose not to keep it during doorstep inspection, simply hand the unused parcel back to the rider and pay only the applicable courier charge (৳60 Inside Dhaka, ৳100 Sub-Dhaka, or ৳120 Outside Dhaka).
4. No Post-Delivery Returns or Exchanges
Once you have inspected and accepted the parcel and the delivery rider has departed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted (including unstitched fabric once cut/washed, stitched kameez, accessories, or jewelry).
5. Refunds for bKash Prepaid Orders Returned on the Spot
If you paid in advance via bKash Send Money and returned a defective or incorrect item to the delivery rider on the spot, 100% of your paid amount will be refunded to your sender bKash number within 24–48 hours.

Style by Alifa ships exclusively within Bangladesh using a transparent 3-tier delivery rate per order:

By placing an order with Style by Alifa via our website, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram, you agree to these terms. All product prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT), with flat delivery fees (৳60 / ৳100 / ৳120) calculated at checkout.
2. Payment Methods & bKash Verification
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay the order total in cash to the courier rider after inspecting your parcel at delivery.
- bKash (Manual Send Money): Send Money to +880 19 7838 4434 and submit your sender bKash mobile number and Transaction ID (TrxID) at checkout.
- bKash orders remain On Hold until verified in our bKash app. Unverified or invalid TrxID submissions will be cancelled.
3. Fabric, Sizing & Jewelry Care
- Slight color variations may occur due to studio lighting or phone screen settings.
- Unstitched three-piece sets include standard Bangladeshi boutique fabric lengths ready for custom tailoring; dry-clean or gentle hand-wash is recommended for embroidered muslin and jacquard pieces.
- Stitched kameez sizes (S, M, L, XL) allow a ±0.5 inch tailoring tolerance.
- Keep gold-toned jewelry, pearls, and zardozi accessories away from water, perfume, and moisture; store in a dry pouch after wear.
